Q:Which Vacuum cleaner should we buy?
Go for a nice Handy Vacuum Cleaner or go for Cyclonic Vacuum Cleaner with Filter, Bagless.
Q:MAth question!!! 8th grade (:?
(1/8)x=$500 x=500/(1/8)=500*8/1=4000 He must sell $4000 in order to earn $500.
Q:Is a Sebo Vacuum approved by the?
Well upon doing a little search i found this excerpt from Sebo.co.uk All SEBO vacuum cleaners are of anti-allergy design, indeed a SEBO machine was the first vacuum cleaner to be endorsed by the British Allergy Foundation for its overall anti-allergy design as opposed to just its filtration.
Q:Best upright, bag vacuum cleaner? Easy to remove roller?
I love this vacuum. The Sebo is almost $600 but I only paid $300 for the Flexamatic (and it's even more heavy duty..go figure). I've owned her for almost 6 years, run her nearly every day and have never had a problem. I have had to replace the brush once, but it pops out very easily for cleaning and changing. All you have to do is push a button, twist the edge off and it slides right out. And every time I change the filters and bag, it's like having a brand new machine. My vacuum has done all the things that I saw claimed by Dyson. It never loses suction and it can maneuver anywhere.
Q:My mom has a vacuum cleaner that gets clogged up what can we do so it dosen't get clogged up any more?
First of all, unless your mother is very enthusiastic about her vacuuming, don't fix it for her birthday. Take her out to dinner, buy her a nice pair of slippers and her favorite perfume. Not a vacuum. All you can do is clean it out as much as you can. Look for larger objects that may have been sucked in and remove them. If it is clogged with a bunch of hair from someone or some pet, try and stop that hair from reaching the floor. Combing your pet on a regular basis and throwing away the hair not only helps your animal in the summer heat, but also keeps the hair off the floor. Good luck, and find a better gift for your mom than a working vacuum.
Q:Are rotating brushes bad for hardwood floors?
kindof
Q:vaccum cleaner spreading dust & bacteria?
Time to get into the 21st century----if you or a loved one has allergies, you may want to look into a Dyson.....they are the only vacuums out there that truly clean the air and do not pollute it with what you suck out of the carpets.......especially if you are renting. They run between 300/500 dollars- yes, pricey, but they last a lifetime.......there's no bag and the $500 picks up dander and dust mites.........I know, I bought one because my daughter is severely allergic.......so, if you can't afford a dyson yet, go for a bagless model- one where the dirt is sucked into a bucket- which you empty-- that has air filters you replace, and clean it every time you use it.....there are some for around 100 and do a decent job.....but cannot get rid of dust mites, dander or fleas........
Q:Does your dog like to be vacuumed?
It's good to be informed of this, another difference 'twixt dogs and cats. Cats universally flee the room faster than a speeding thought, when a vacuum is turned on--sometimes if it's even just brought into the room! But they are fixated magically by those little penlight laser beams, if you whirl the light around on the rug. I wonder what dogs feel about those laser lights, and how they respond? And I now have an idea. Could I train the kitty cats to flee the room in terror if I conditioned them by playing the laser light and then immediately turning on a vacuum cleaner?!? What do you think? :-)
Q:Do auto or robotic home and above ground pool vacuum cleaners work?
I just bought a house 2 months ago and I saw a couple of houses with above ground pools and quite honestly, they were not a bonus, but a big money pit in my eyes. Unless your pool is in nearly PERFECT condition and the deck is big, useable and clean, then it's probably not helping you. Personally, I'd remove the pool and repair the yard where it was - even turn it into a garden spot or something. Pools in general are huge money pits and an above ground pool is never going to last like an in-ground one, so I think buyers will be turned off. Not to mention, most people who have an above ground pool don't live in a neighborhood that has the value to support the pool's cost or the size of yard to really fit it properly. It ends up looking desperate and crammed into a tiny yard. My vote is to remove it.
Q:What are the OSHA regulations on repairing electrical cords on appliances like Vacuum cleaners?
If OSHA applies to this area, it would likely require that the electrical cord used a third wire ground plug if the vacuum cleaner chassis is conductive, ie., metallic. If fixing the plug end of the electrical cord, be sure to use an 'underwriter's knot' to secure the cord inside the plug's body, however, many plugs don't allow the serviceman to take it apart, anyway. If you're repairing a frayed or severed cord, braid the wires together, wrap *both* wires in electrical tape, and do a final wrap making sure the tape is well attached to the cord.
