Introduction:

This double suction pump product is foot mounted, single-stage and double suction with axial split structure.

Its inlet flange and outlet flange are arranged at the lower part of the body, paralel with the axis. Therefore, the rotor can be easily taken out for overhaul, unnecessary to remove pipes, valves and motor.

Mechanical seal: according to customer's requirements

1. Mechanical seal---171(A) mechanical seal (this kind of seal is the national-patented product, patent No. ZL92 2 20977.4 )  single or dual MS.

2. Dynamic seal.

3. Packing gland seal.

Coupling: pin type coupling

Q:Problem with my water pump/well tank?
Could be the pressure switch (cut in and out switch). It is designed to start the pump at a certain low pressure and stop the pump at a desired high pressure. If it is allowing the pump to run past the high pressure limit, it may also not be kicking in the pump at the low pressure.
Q:Adjust belts and change water pump on 02 Accord?
Have them do it, that's a fair price and required service. This is a complicated job because there's also a balance belt to do along with the timing belt, also a special tool required to lock things in place during the job. A water pump and new coolant is valid during this as it is so hard to get at otherwise. Do it there, the dealer is best for this or my shop but you're probably a million miles away. :-)
Q:2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS: Water Pump?
The water pump seal will go bad if it isn't already because you are adding plain water to the cooling system! Antifreeze has a rust inhibitor and a lubricant in it and if you don't have the correct strength mix the inside of the block rusts and then the heater core and the radiator get plugged up resulting in hundreds of dollars in repairs. The water pump if leaking will drip on the passenger side from under the timing belt cover if you let the motor idle for 5 to 10 minutes. Look for the drips on the inside of the RF tire. If the water pump is leaking the timing belt will jump and bend all the valves.
Q:What is the current of the pump when it is started?
When the motor starts, the rotor changes from a prohibited state to a rotating state, requiring a great torque, and the current must increase. When the pump starts, because there is water, it is started with load, and the current will be greater.
Q:My water pump worked this morning and then all of a sudden it just stops working!?
this is what, five, six questions all about the same topic? I'm so confused. what does this mean, Should I wait for water to pump up to it? pump up to what? Could be a blockage in the telltale hose or nipple. Could be a blockage in the water jacket. Could be overheating for some other reason, (lean burning due to clogged carbs, inadequate oiling cause somebody forgot the oil, bad timing, etc.) and steam in the system is blocking the telltale. Forgot the water tube guide grommet and the water tube slipped off.
Q:How do I remove the fan and pulleys from in front of the water pump on a 1985 Ford F150?
The nut that holds the fan on the water pump must be turned clockwise to loosen it,if you do not have a wrench that will fit in there you can use along screw driver and hammer locate the tip of the screw driver on the edge of the nut and hit the other side of the screw driver with the hammer one or two blows should do it,and then spin the fan and see if the nut turnes. If this does not work you need to get the proper wrench.I have done both but i had to buy the wrench from Snap On and another tool to hold the water pump bolts.
Q:What is wrong with my water pump?
If this is a well you are talking about, it may be a faulty pressure switch for a start from kicking on to often, and also it sounds as thou you don't have enough air in your tank not leaving enough air pressure so your pump kicks on too soon, and shuts off to soon. Check your pressure switch, and drain your tank completely, and see if that works. You will have some air at first, but it will stop in time. Your tank also needs to be in the right position as well keeping the right amount of air in it. Sounds like your pump motor still may be OK. One more thing, check to see if your check valve is shot.
Q:Water pump help it buzzes when it pumps or something
Assuming its not a submersible and just a jet type(motor on top of ground) its the capacitor for the start winding(probably one that was made in mexico) that has come open.Just go to a supply house(Johnson controls,Granger) and get a new one(if a sears pump it is internal).
Q:Does the IP55 indicate the lift on the water pump nameplate?
IP is INGRESS PROTECTION, that is, protection level,IP protection class is composed of two numbers, first numbers, from the lighting level to prevent intrusion of foreign objects, second numbers represent the tightness of anti moisture, waterproof lamp intrusion, the larger the number the higher the level of protection. Therefore, the pump IP refers to the pump with its own motor dust and waterproof level
Q:What's the best water pump to use for a portable mist machine?
I am assuming your water source will be the lake …. I would be looking at a submersible pump possibly a pond pump but you need to know what the “lift” is going to be …from the point where you string the mister to the pump {possibly a 15 foot lift} and a pump that will give you at least 25psi. Because you are going to have back pressure, the submersible will reduce the risk of burn out. Also you need to build a simple enclosed container this pump can sit in, with at least a 4”water inlet hole covered with mosquito netting, nylon hosiery, or something to filter the water….otherwise you will constantly be removing the mister heads to clean
