The conveyor line is the bridge over every production equipment, which directly affects the operating efficiency of production lines. At the configuration of conveyor lines, it has to take the following points into account, that is when posterior equipments suspend or stop, it can not affect the anterior equipments' operation; at the same time, it must connect the posterior equipments and anterior equipments well, so that it can make the whole production lines to achieve higher operating efficiency. Our conveyor line is absorbed the advantages of bottle machines overseas. According to China's national conditions, the developed new bottle conveying system can be used to convey different kinds of circular bottles in beer and beverage; the mechanical structure of this system is of new design, the majority of components are formed through pressing or bending, which is with advantages of good rigidity, light weight and good interchangeability. With reliable operation and convenient repair, electrical control system adopts PLC to control the conveying of actual bottle and the operation of buffer systems, which realizes the functions of automatic acceleration or deceleration, and automatic buffer.
1.Smooth and reliable delivery, using synchronous tracking control between bottle conveyor and host machine or with the host or on-line control between the up and downstream equipments, so that the bottles will not be brought down, stopped, and blocked in the delivery process.
2.The conveyor belt structure is designed as a modular, with strong parts interchangeability, compact structure, low noise, installation, convenient maintenance, and it also can combined according to the different ability and bottle types, with a great deal of flexibility.
3.The design of electrical control is advanced and reasonable. In order to prevent the bottles squeeze in the conveying process, especially the control between high-speed line and bottles conveying line, it adopts chain control with easy interoperate control; the control elements have proximity switch, photocell, sensor; there are many kinds of control method, to put forward practical control methods according to different design requirements, for the purpose of smooth delivery.
4.To set the reasonable position of the control switches according to conveyor system layout and customer demands for users operation ease.
5.The main structural components are stainless steel (SUS304), side panel thickness is 2.5mm.

7.Conveyor trunking is made by stainless steel 304, 1mm.
8.The entire line is equipped with lubricant water conservation tank, of which material is 1.0mm stainless steel (SUS304), to ensure the equipment integrity and lubricant effective recycling.
