I could file charges against you for vandalizing my house if I heard you where seen by it, but unless I have someone that saw you in the house, saw you in the act, or had a photo of you doing the action the DA is going to dismiss for lack of evidence.

- well it sounds like the switch under the button is going bad. you can break it so it can;'t be pressed ever again or you can take the plastic cap off the button so only the metal contact will show. this might solve you problem.

- i don't think so because to build muscle mass you need to do a weight that you can do only 4-5 reps of. I am 17, 9stone and bench press 100kg to build muscle and 70kg to build endurance. Try to chose a weight that you can only do a few reps in strict form. Do about 3-4 sets of these. To build chest muscle you can also try pec fly.
