Q:Hi, I have heard of the transmission problems that happen in the accords. In mine when I very start to move the car jerks and it seems like the tires are spinning but I‘m not sure if that is what‘s happening. The check engine light is on and the guy at advance auto parts says the EGR valve needs to be cleaned. Also the TCS (traction control system) light comes on occasionally. Keep in mind that my car does need new tires. Does this sound like a bad transmission problem or something minor?
This Site Might Help You. RE: 2001 Honda Accord Coupe EX (V6)? Hi, I have heard of the transmission problems that happen in the accords. In mine when I very start to move the car jerks and it seems like the tires are spinning but I'm not sure if that is what's happening. The check engine light is on and the guy at advance auto parts says the EGR valve.
Q:Car headlamps brightness is not enough how to do
Bulb astigmatism or wattage small, you can change the big point of the bulb or modified xenon lamp
Q:Want to turn on at night and turn off in day automaticully
auto means you don't mess with it
Q:Way back in the day I had a few friends who had a system hooked up in their car that was really kewl and my nephew and I would like to get our hands on it. They had lights hooked up in the interior, floor boards, dash, etc.... Only the brightness of the lights depended on the loudness of the stereo. And no, they didn't dim when the bass hit, the lights were hooked up so that the lights brightened. I'm trying to find this setup now, but no matter how I search, the facts I know aren't leading me to the product. If anyone knows what I'm talking about and what the setup would be called please let me know so that we can figure out the price and see if its something we can do! Thanx!
you can do it yourself, buy the neon light that turns on with the music (costs about 25 bux and you can usually fint them in AutoZone) and hooks up to the lighter in your car, cut off the neon that came with it and wire (positive with positive and negative with negative) whatever neon lights you want to the adapter that goes inside the lighter and there you go
Q:So if i understand this correctly, Most nikon DSLR's have an actual assist light or halogen light that shine against a subject to focus in low lightand Most Canons use the "flash" to focus and then flash again to take a picture in low light, assuming your gonna use flash. Is one system better then the other? Deciding between a Nikon D7100 and a Canon 70DBoth cameras are pretty nearly equal from I've read. This is a "major" deciding factor about auto focus, but is one better then the other form your experiences or knowledge? Like faster then the other, or would a pre flash force subjects to blink etc?
I don't see one system better than the other. Why? In low light shooting, use manual focus. If you can't do it manually in the dark, it's not a good shot anyway. If you really have to, use a flashlight to shine your subject then focus manually.
Q:I‘ve had my 2001 Chevy Impala 3.4 for almost 6 years now. I understand its not the most reliable car considering I‘ve had to make multiple mechanical repairs on it. But I‘ve recently stumbled over the newest of issues. While driving down the road, my battery light will come on for a few seconds, and then go away. Sometimes the SECURITY light comes on and won‘t go away until i restart the car. And also, sometimes, my buckle up warning light barks at me, even though i always wear my belt. This all started fairly recently, and I‘m clueless. Any similar experiences out there or some good ideas maybe?
listen to answer no 1 .thats the way to go cut them off and get flexys.do not try to bend them
Q:In my personal view i will get it on the ps3 because the playstation 3 i heard is more reliable then the xbox 360 and if i get gta4 i wouldnt wanna get the the three red lights which means system failure which the 360 is famous for,i will be playing gta4 for hours and hours and im sure if i get it for ps3 i wont have any problems
Try spraying vinegar water onto the shower curtain after each shower and make sure the curtain is spread widely to allow it to dry completely. Open the doors and windows when the shower room is not in use to allow better air circulation and airflow.
Q:i own a 2001 maxima and noticed that the airbag light has been blinking. i just bought the car about a week ago and is has been blinking since then. does anyone know how to fix this or what it could be? any help is appreciated.
The blinking of the light is usually in a two digit code that tells what is wrong with the airbag system. Counting the flashes to get that number code, then looking up in a auto computer book, or online for your make, model of car can help identify the problem area. Many times it is just a case where a car has been damaged in an accident, but not one to have set off the air bag, but has caused a wire to come loose in the system to ground. You would have to trace out your air bag wiring to find it, but most times it just isn't economically feasible to take it to a dealer to do. The light will flash a certain number of times, pause for about two to three seconds, then flash another number of times. After each code flashing the light will be off for several seconds before it starts to flash again. Once you have the code that is flashed you can then start looking to the code info online for your car. There are several places to do this, including some manufacturers sites. Good Luck.
Q:Went to the dealership where I bought my Hyundai Tiburon. My ABS light stays on. They brought it to the back and told me it was my speed sensor on my right rear tire or front tire and it needed to be replaced. Does this sound right? I figured it would be an o2 sensor. Also, they are wanting to charge me $300 to fix it. Are they fairly easy to fix if I did it myself?
The O2 sensor is for the ENGINE air/fuel mixture and is NOT your problem! The ABS Light is for the ANTI LOCK BRAKES! Many times it is just because the BRAKE FLUID has spoiled, believe it or NOT! ALL BRAKE fluids SPOIL and turn into SLUDGE, GOO, and CORROSION after about 2 years of use! BENZ says every YEAR! As it absorbs moisture from the air, the BOILING POINT and other , and hose and line rot over time as well as a FAILED MASTER CYLINDER! if EVERYONE changed their BRAKE FLUID on time, they would save THOUSANDS in brake repairs! YOU MAY also have a failed REAR WHEEL SPEED SENSOR but try a FULL FLUID CHANGE FIRST! Many times after getting a BRAKE JOB done, they tamper unknowingly with the ABS SPEED Sensor which is on that REAR WHEEL! Check WHO did your BRAKE WORK and ask them to FIX THIS FOR YOU! But FIRST, have that BRAKE FLUID POWER BLEED and REFILL done! AS the fluid AGES it gets THIN and leaks begin to occur and the SLUDGE and GOOEY BUILDUP will tear apart DUST SEALS and piston seals and ABS seals! ISN'T IT WORTH IT to have it changed then! use ONLY the factory fluids and NOT the crap from the auto part stores! GOOD LUCK TO YOU!
Q:my car will start up fine and as long as you push the gas its ok. but sometimes when its at stop lights it will start to sputter and shut off. I have had fuel filter and air filter changed also had o2 sensor changed the man that works on my car said that was it but still does it.i am a single mom does anyone have a clue what it might be?please don‘t tell me to take it to a mechanic .small town one in town cant afford to keep pay him to fix it all till he figures it out.thanks
A vacuum leak will do that. Open the hood and lean in. If you hear a loud hissing sound, then you have a tube or a small hose leaking. Unfortunately there could be a fuel pump that is old and weak. For this there is a fuel pressure test. Unfortunately back to the mechanic for that. There should be a fitting under the hood where he could attach a fuel pressure test gauge.
