Q:sorry to ask this in military but i figure yall will know best. i‘ve noticed that since we‘ve had usaa auto they have consistently gone up when our policy renews every 6 months. it‘s around 20-50 dollars every time. we have not had any tickets or accidents. when i call customer service they assure me it‘s nothing we‘ve done and that everyone‘s rates are going up. i find this hard to believe. anyone else having this issue?

You should be getting a detailed description of what your paying for and by seeing that you should be able to figure out what has gone up. I have State Farm and they send me a monthly policy description so I know exactly what I am paying for. I have never heard of insurance rates going up for no reason. If you got a new car that could why, if the car that is insured is on the top list of stolen vehicles that could be why as well, then of course there are accidents and tickets ect. So if the customer service people wont tell you why your paying more than you were before it would be best to get a detailed outline of your policy so you can be sure they have the right information and you are getting billed for the correct coverage. I have dealt with enough insurance people to know they screw that kind of stuff up often.

Q:I have a 2000 Mustang (V6) and the check engine light is on. I took it do Advance auto to have it checked and they told me the code is P0411 and it says Secondary Air Injection System Incorrect Flow.I called a Ford dealer and they of course told me to bring it up there for them to charge me 200.00 just to look at the thing. They said it could be one of several different problems. The car seems to be driving just fine but the light is bothersome. Could someone please tell me what might be wrong with the car.Thank you!

Q:How come the C.E.S. lits every now and then and then stops, and then lits again. I have a chevy blazer 96 if that helps. something is not right if the light is on. if the light is on take it to an autozone near you and they will scan it for free. make sure that the light is on and don't turn the car off and have them come out and scan it while it is running. chances are it is probably an oxygen sensor causing the light to go off and on. why the hell would you have to take the vehicle to the chevy dealer ? some people who answer questions here are a bunch of retards. the vehicle is an obd2 system which you don't have to be a chevy specialist to read the codes. DAMM! i think coop is right but why stop with the wires and coil ? maybe the computer is defective and the ignition switch is faulty and the crank sensor is toast and the pick-up coil in the distributor has an intermittent short but i think rather than recommending replacing any part or parts that finding out what is actually causing the light to come on in the first place would be a much more prudent idea.

Q:I have a 2006 chrysler 300 and about 2 days ago my headlights would blink on and off, then they wouldn‘t stay on, When I put my lights on auto, they work fine, but when I put it in parking light or all light position they blink on and off, non-stop.then just a few minutes ago the left blinker started blinking real fast, the right one blinks normal.can any one give me some insight on what is going on??? thnx
