The principle of Axial flow pump is to lifting water according to the thrust caused by the impeller when rotating. Because water moves along the axial in the impeller, so we called it axial flow pump.


In accordance with its mode of installation, axial flow pump can be distinguished into three class: vertical, horizontal, inclined. Their structures are almost the same. Shaft seal

Leak proof Equipment

Q:I have a 1997 Honda Civic DX and i recently took it in to have its timing belt and water pump replaced. Since then, I have noticed a change in the cars performance. I have lost both gas mileage and power since i took my car in. The maintenance supposedly took the dealer twelve hours to complete which seemed a little odd to me. Do you think this is linked? Q:It DID start after the Water Pump was put on. And i have not yet been able to detect a vacuum leak. Yes the water pump can make that noise even when new. The pump will keep working until the seal fails. You will see water pissing out of a small hole under the pump and that is when you replace it.
Q:I took my 04 Grand Prix to the mechanic for a coolant change. My car had never drip coolant until after the coolant change . I took my car today to the same mechanic and he told me that the problem was the water pump and wants to charge me 70 dollars. Could changing the coolant affect the water pump. its hard to say the technition damaged the pump , and most likely he didnt . being an 04 model and if the car has the engine i think it does then it was probably a matter of time the pump went out anyway and 70 dollars is a ''good'' deal if parts were included .so count your blessings. those pumps are notorius for going bad but easily changed and remember to check and use the proper coolant on a regualr basis the ph level and potency for temp . i have installed pumps on these cars and some people have ignored my advice to replace them when dripping only to have it cost them a small fortune in the end for warping the heads.
Q:Had house power washed today and need my water to work again!
what i would do is let it dry over nite if you cant wait stantd on rubber wear rubber gloves leather on top of thoes gloves. dont touch anything else use somthing rubber to try to reset the breaker. if it pops again you will be forced to let it dry. then try again. if it still pops you will need to replace the breaker. don't take electricity lightly it kills many people a year.

Q:I suddenly have this rattle noise whenever the engine is running but it diminishes with speed. It almost sounds like spark knock but spark knock would get worse at speed. It could be the water pump. Would a water pump get louder with speed, or go away as this does? I feel a tiny bit of in-out motion in the shaft but not side to side. Q:I just had my water pump/timing belt replaced and oil change. When the pump failed, white smoke was coming out, which I figured out to be coolant from the smell. Now there is smoke coming out from under the engine, which I believe to smell like oil. Also, the temperature gauge goes up to the halfway point when I am at a stoplight or idling. The highest I have ever seen it is at 1/3.I had my car serviced by the dealership and I asked them. The man said its burning oil residue from the oil change and that it will burn away in a few days. Is this true? I have had my car worked on and oil changed for the past year at this dealership and have never had any smoke or other problems. What else could be going on? Worse case scenarios.
