- wet cement has alkali which is a strong acid, it will burn and peel your skin and turn it into a dry,cracked mess, yes i'm speaking from experience..... if they make a footprint and wash it off IMMEDIATELY it will be fine

- if you install cement siding you DO NOT need plywood behind it, all you need is roofing felt for a moisture barrier,the siding is attach to your studs,i finish my house and garage with hardie board siding and it looks great,you might call that contractor and apologize,good luck.

- ok you need the weight of cement, fine and coarse aggregates, and water. then you will need the density of each. for cement, the number varies between 2.8 and 3.1. For aggregates, I'm not sure, I guess it's around 1.7. water is 1. you can consult a good book about concrete technology. I have portland association book. But most of my friends use Neville's.

- There are various paints that might be used. However cement can be a problem when it comes to paint,because it is acidic.There is process called acid washing or maybe it's acid staining a process for applying color to existing cement ,primarily floors, that you might look into. Google cement colorants, cement stains etc. Most of the information available on the net applies to industrial application,floor coloring ,architectural applications. Working with cement can be hard on the hands so use some rubber gloves.

- I only know how strong bone cement is because of my mother. Her broken hip was put back together with a new socket and she seems to be doing fine with the bone cement.To your 2 question. Well it all depends what you are doing with your leg that you had the replacement on. If I were you I would not go over board with it and do things you shouldn't do.Like playing heavy sport with it etc.But normal activties like walking,swimming is ok.

- When I've used rubber cement, I've applied a coat to both surfaces to be glued, let it dry until tacky ( when it no longer looks shiny and is slightly sticky to the touch) and then put them together. Putting them together is the tricky part: the rubber cement sticks right away, and it's hard to re-place whatever you're trying to glue, so you have to place the pieces correctly on the first try. I've never used a tool like that to smooth paper (correction: I've never smoothed paper, but when I've used a tool like that I've used it to make neat folds). I would guess the unpointed end, but past that I have no idea. Sorry. If you use the rubber cement properly you can just smooth the paper with your fingers as you glue it down, and you shouldn't need to use a tool at all. Good luck!
