FAQ of Cast Steel Check Valve:

Q1:I can’t find the type of steel check valve which I need. what can I do?

The chart above only lists out some common composition of steel check valve parts. We may provide other different parts material composition according to the customer's request or the actual valve working condition.

Q2:Which certification do your products pass?

  Our products are in accordance with ISO 9001ISO 14001API 6AAPI 6DTS CEAPI607/6FA/BS6755.

Q:Mostly suction apparatus with dual head motor, consist a non-return valve, what is its function to have it on the apparatus and not to have it?
A non-return valve ensures when you stop the motor that what ever material you have sucked does not return back to it's original location. Take the example of a vacuum cleaner and a bowling ball... If you were to pick up the bowling ball with a vacuum cleaner and then turn the vacuum cleaner off, the ball would fall. However, if you had a non-return valve along the piping of your vacuum cleaner, when you turned the vacuum cleaner off the bowling ball (assuming there is a perfect seal between bowling ball and vacuum cleaner's attachment and the piping of the vacuum cleaner did not leak!) would stay attached to the vacuum cleaner and not fall! Non-return valves in the case of suction apparatus, usually act as a safety device to ensure if the power is lost to the motor, that any vacuum that has been produced is not lost.
Q:need a different pump for? Is this some improvement on the old valve?
Dita is correct. You do not need a new pump. Most of the new ones (ones you'd find at a bike shop, probably not Wal Mart pumps), will handle both. The newest ones have a smart head where you just plug in the valve, flip the lever, and the pump figures out which valve stem you have. On slightly older pumps, it is a matter of switching the pump head internals around. On the really old pumps (or really cheap ones), you need a brass or alloy adapter that threads onto the presta valve and converts it to schrader. The schrader valve uses a spring to close the valve to prevent air loss. Presta uses the air pressure itself to seal the valve.
Q:One of the zone control valves in my heating system does not appear to be working. The thermostat is calling for heat, but no water is flowing. If the other thermostats call for heat, the valves seem to open as the pipes above the valve get hot from the water flowing through. The one that appears busted gets luke warm at best. All 4 valves in the system are fed from the same pipe, and the failed valve is the third in the series of 4 along the pipe (and #4 flows fine) so it doesn't appear to be something in the feeder pipe.Is there anything I can do to try and fix the existing valve, can I replace the valve myself? Would replacing the valve top of the valve (the green/gold portion) possible fix the issue (maybe a problem with the operation of the piston? Is there anything I ahve to do before removing the valve top aside from removing power to the valve?
You would need to isolate the valve from the line, and depressurize the system, and I would think that turning off the heater and letting the temperature fall would probably be necessary if you don't want a relief to lift in the boiler. If you make a mistake here you have a very good chance of being scalded to death, or permanently scarred. Also, you may need to sweat and braise the new valve with a torch, so you had better be sure you know what you are doing and don't burn your house down.
Q:in confederacy of dunces when ignatius talks about his valve closing all the time. is he talking about a throat valve or his he talking about like some intestinal valve? my mom says it's his intestinal valve, but i think he's got asthma or something and he's talking about his throat
Most okorder ... Premature ejaculation problems in a young man are usually due to stress or fatigue, and rarely if ever a reflection on the partner. So you need to take yourself out of the problem part of the equation. It's also not a trick pony that performs on command, despite what some folks think. And anxiety will only provoke the problem more. You two could certainly use some help, as far as what you center your attention on.
Q:I recently broke the valve cap on my tuba and i was wondering if any of you guys knew where to buy a new one or how much it would be.
you okorder has alot of things but i don't know if they sell separate pieces. Best thing to do is to go to your local music store and tell them and let them find you one,
Q:One of my valves leaks a small amount of water through the valve and into the water line. why would it leak and what do i have to do to fix it. the valve is a rain jet valve. i would like to fix it without having to remove it from the valve box. inside the valve box there are 8 valves and they are glued in and i dont want to have to remove all of the valves and box.
Sounds okorder ), and so sometimes its almost easier to replace the whole thing. The rain jet valves definitely aren't the best quality either, so if I were you I'd get a better one just to make sure it is going to work for a long time.
Q:I have 1998 Husqvarna WR250 2-stroke and the torque valve isnt connected and i am wondering if its worth it4 me to track down the part that ismissing to get it working. does the torque valve increase power much? please help cos im wondering whether i should sell bike and get motocross bike instead.
it's called the power valve. and yes you need to get it hooked up. come on dude use your brain.
Q:i dont get how valves produce the sound? and why did we change to solid state? was that because they we're used in stereos?
Most valve amps I have used reproduce the sound of a tube amp. Tubes have a warm sound and can be overdriven to get that good rock crunch distortion sound. We went to solid state because they were durable and didn't require the maintenance of a tube amp. Printed circuits and transistors cut the cost of manufacturing. The old tube amps still have the purpose and they never quite matched the exact sound of tubes with the solid state amps. That is why they are making a lot of tube amps now.
Q:I have checked this and ensured that the flow control is turned on. I have also found that:1. Valve works in manual mode2. Solenoid is getting electricity and water seems to be flowing in automatic mode but nothing is coming out of the sprinkler.I am not sure what could be broken as manual operation works and solenoid sems to be working. Any ideas? Thanks.
