Main usege

Amino superplasticizer   will result in better dispersion of cement agglomerates . the characteristic is Hydrophobic group ,with much brach, Contain a variety of advanced  leading functional groups to  present a comb type solid adsorption on the surface of cement particles .it makes the product have a low concrete engineering

Instructions for use

1.  Dosage range: 0.3% ~ 0.5% by weight of cement, the common dosage 0.8% ~ 2.0% by weight of cement. The dosage quantity is calculated by the dry material percentage of cement  weight. The dosage quantity of aqueous solution is  calculated by converting above content. The final dosage quantity depends, among others,on the reactivity of the cement and the concrete   recipe.This must be determined by suitability trials.

Advantage 

1. Less dosage and water reducing rate up to 20-35%. 

2. Slump of concrete has basically no loss in 1.5 hours. 

3.This product features a higher plasticizing function,on condition that maintaining the water

cement ratio unchangeded, increases slumps more than 15CM that can prepare a large slump of pumping concrete,below C60 high-performance concrete and Marine High Performance Concrete. 

4.On condition that the concrete strength remaining unchanged, that saves cement of 15-25%. 

5.Sulphamate  has a wide applicability. It's better to mix with naphthalene and aliphatic,that can prepare more than C60 high-performance concrete and the slump of concrete has basically no loss of 2 hours.
