1.  Aluminum Foil Facing Description

The production technologies and products performance of aluminum foil facing have been up to international advanced level. The aluminum foil facing products are mainly used for HVAC system, refrigerators, building thermal aluminum foil facing insulation and laminated with glass wool and rock wool to increase the insulation function.

• FSK aluminum foil facing is mainly used for duct wrap in HVAC system and other fields, such as vapor barrier etc., and suitable for off-line lamination of glass wool or rock wool. By special processing, the facing will have excellent flame retardant property.

• Heat-sealing aluminum foil facing is used for duct wrap without applying extra adhesive and suitable for online lamination of glass wool and rock wool.

• The WPSK aluminum foil facing, whose structure is white polypropylene/ fiberglass scrim/ kraft is mainly used for metal building insulation and suitable for the insulation of ware-house, factory, supermarket, office and so on.

Q:Bad smell generated from the electric baking pan after its protective film is destroyed. Is the pan still usable?
The smell is toxic. The non-stick interior coating is destroyed. I was told that things like is unusable soon or later. You'd better replace it as early as possible. It's destroyed by the spatulas.
Q:How to clean up the protective film on plastic steel doors and windows?
You can clean it up with diluents, ethyl alcohol or rosin water which are sold in paint stores. But these solvents all affect the properties of profiles, the latter one in particular. I suggest you not use it too much.
Q:How to clean up the protective film on LCD?
Use alcohol.
Q:How about the electrostatic adsorptive function of PE protective film ?
1. Corona treatment is used in the process of the making of PE protective film, increasing the surface area of the film and making it static to meet the need of the following gluing. It's conducive to the combination of glue and film this way. 2. There's no such PE anti-static protective film with glue itself has adsorption function. Multi-layer film blowing machine can make such product at one time. Hualibao PE protective film features softness, good viscosity and easiness to stick and remove. And no glue remains after it's torn down.
Q:Will the hardware oil layer be taken off with the protective film while tearing the film down?
No, it won't. The hardware oil layer is formed from gloss oil during electroplating. It has excellent protective function. It won't be taken off with the film.
Q:PVC protective film reacted with the plastic on which it's coated. Why did that happen?
Few people know that PSA is used on the film. If people tear the film too fast, residual glue may remain. And when the film is coated for too long or the temperature is too high, the residual things will increase.
Q:How many kinds of electroplating protective film are there?
Electroplating protective film is often used in gas deodorization, liquid decolorization or cleaning of the organic contaminations in plating bath in particular. Products like aluminium products can use method of anodization. There will form a layer of protective film of crystalline aluminium oxide.
Q:What kind of material is acrylic protective film made from?
Acrylic protective film can be made from PE materials, PET materials and OPP materials, etc. The materials are the materials used in base film of the protective film. And acrylic is a kind of glue.
Q:How to remove the protective films on ceramic tiles?
There are three types of protective film used on ceramic tiles: The first one is plastic thin film which can be slowly torn by hands or gently rubbed off with steel wool; The second is anti-fouling protective film which can be wipe off using towel with white cement; The third is wax protective film which can be wipe off with dry towel with electric diluent, lacquer thinner, talcum powder or white cement.
Q:What materials is rotective film made from?
PP material: material used in plastic bags that we often use. The chemical name of PP is polypropylene. PVC material: PVC material is more thick but its light transmittance is not good. PET material: the chemical name of the film made from this kind of material is polyester thin film. AR material: AR is a kind of synthetic material, generally composed of three layers--the silica gel as the adsorptive layer, PET as the middle layer and outer layer as the special processed layer. Special processings usually can be divided into two kinds-- AG processing and HC processing. AG processing is anti-glare processing, adopted when making matte protective film. HC processing is hard coating processing, used on protective film of high light transmittance.
