Q:im looking for good dh wheels i dont care about the price: DT Swiss probably makes one of the better wheels for DH as that is what i have on a 08' GT Sanction 1.0 . you want a wider wheel that can handle a minimum 2.35 tire size for better cornering. Now Mavic has a couple out there too but I would go for the DT Swiss first. The X-430 is what im using now it is a seriously good wheel and it wont break your bank!
