FAQ

1.What's your MOQ?
25MT, it is for one container.
2.Do you have QC teams?
Yeah, sure, our QC team is very important, they will keep the quality control for our products.
3. What's your normal delivery time?
Our delivery time about 10-20days for standard sizes, if you have other requirements like hardness  and width ,it is about 20-40days. But don't worry ,we also try our best for the delivery time ,because time longer and our cost is higher.
4.Are the products tested before shipping?
Yes, all of our PPGI and GI was qualified before shipping. We test every batch every day.

Q:Physics! Steel pots and pans?
The issue is heat conduction. Copper trasferrs heat rapidly and therefore ensures uniform heat around the base or sides of teh pot. The thick walls can be two different purposes. Sometimes the steel is made in layers for the purpose of providing insulation. If a pot insulates heat then the heat will transfer in a steady manner and the need for constant fuel heat is reduced. Thus, if I want to simmer and can store some of the heat in the pot itself then I know it will transfer slowly because it has to go through the layers first. Secondly, the layers will transfer heat between them allowing for uniform heating and this avoids hot spots. Wash you pots with an acid. Lemon will clean copper very nicely. If you have to scrub then heat gently and use salt or baking soda as an abrasive. With a tea kettle you do not care about heat conduction past the point of the boil. when the boil arrives the job is done.
Q:deflection calculations in a steel cylinder?
In most engineering calculations we have to make some assumptions about ideal behavior of a material otherwise we would not be able to simplify our equations to manageable sizes. Your steel cylinder (which I'll call a pipe) is made of a certain type of steel. That steel type has property tolerances listed in a steel manual to help you know about your steel before you begin. You'll need to know the cross-sectional area of the pipe and the weight of the TV to determine an average stress on the pipe. Obviously the weight of the TV is the force it generates. The force is its mass x gravitational acceleration. Since we typically think of steel as an elastic material, we think of it stretching like a rubber band or a spring. You pull it down with a TV and it deflects a certain amount, and will return to its original length when the TV is removed. It is typical to assume that all steel, regardless of its strength, has the same value for this elastic property. It is commonly referred to as the elastic modulus. This value will help you determine what type of strain occurs under what type of stress. So, once you have the stress, you can get the strain by using the elastic modulus. Once you have the strain you can determine the deflection based on the pipe length. Having the steel properties will help you determine how close your TV comes to stressing the pipe to its yield stress. If you reach a yield stress, your steel will deflect, but when you take the TV off it will not return to its original shape. I hope I've helped outline some of the things you'll need to do for the project, I tried not to give away specifics so that you can actually engage your brain around the project. Enjoy, learn a lot, and realize that this skill could easily turn into a career where you are designing projects that when done correctly save people's lives every day of the year.
Q:how are cold steel swords made?
Cold Steel takes a billet (read piece of metal stock) in high carbon steel, usually 1060 which is pretty good, and then heats it up and pounds it into shape with a pre-made form. This is called forging. Their swords are not Folded (the traditional manner) they are Forged. This is different from taking a piece of 1060 steel and just grinding it down into shape. The forging process creates very strong steel (not as strong as folding) that is much stronger than a sword or knife made from grinding a piece of metal down into shape. Cold Steel's stuff is generally thicker, but they are practical and with enough practice you can wield it just like a thinner lighter sword. Their weapons are what you would call battle ready meaning you could feasibly take it into a sword fight and use it like its more traditionally crafted counter part. The only downfall is its weight and and the fact that it isn't as strong as a folded steel sword, but it would do very well.
Q:How to restore rusted stainless steel?
Nope, stainless steel is actually coated steel that can be removed by acid or scrubbing too much. it would need to be re dipped to go back to normal. would cost a fortune however.
Q:which companies are first hand's sellers of the steel, in the world?
Here are the top 30 steel producing companies in the world, listed by the megaton output: 1. 63.0 Mton Mittal Steel Company NV (Global) [2] 2. 46.7 Mton Arcelor (Europe) [3] 3. 32.0 Mton Nippon Steel (Japan) [4] 4. 30.5 Mton POSCO (South Korea) [5] 5. 29.9 Mton JFE (Japan) [6] 6. 23.8 Mton Shanghai Baosteel Group Corporation (China) 7. 19.3 Mton United States Steel Corporation (United States) 8. 18.4 Mton Nucor Corporation (United States) 9. 18.2 Mton Corus Group (Europe) [7] 10. 17.5 Mton Riva Group (Europe) [8] 11. 16.5 Mton ThyssenKrupp (Europe) [9] 12. 16.1 Mton Tangshan (China) 13. 13.9 Mton EvrazHolding (Russia) 14. 13.7 Mton Gerdau (Brazil) 15. 13.6 Mton Severstal (Russia) 16. 13.5 Mton Sumitomo Metal Industries (Japan) 17. 13.4 Mton SAIL (India) 18. 12.0 Mton Wuhan Iron and Steel (China) 19. 11.9 Mton Anshan (China) 20. 11.4 Mton Magnitogorsk (Russia) 21. 10.5 Mton Jiangsu Shagang (China) 22. 10.5 Mton Shougang (China) 23. 10.4 Mton Jinan (China) 24. 10.3 Mton Laiwu (China) 25. 10.3 Mton China Steel (Taiwan) [10] 26. 9.6 Mton Maanshan 27. 9.4 Mton Imidro 28. 8.7 Mton Techint 29. 8.7 Mton Usiminas (Brazil) 30. 8.5 Mton Novolipetsk (Russia)
Q:Coating on Steel Wool?
spun steel fibers have a microscopic coating of oil to prevent them from rusting. Rusting steel wool wouldn't sell very well. I would think that removing this oil could be accomplished with any good degreaser, like brake cleaner or the like. However, I've never tried this before. In science class they perform experiments by removing the oil with vinegar. After wringing out the steel wool pad, it is wrapped around a thermometer and placed in a sealed jar. After a few minutes the temperature rises because of the chemical reaction that takes place when four atoms of iron react with three atoms of oxygen and create two atoms of iron oxide - RUST! You can unwittingly recreate this experiment by using steel wool in the process of removing one or more layers of finish from a piece of furniture Hope this helps
Q:buying Stainless Steel refrigerator?
I think it's just the popular choice at the moment like avocado green was the hottest thing in the 1970s. I bought a Whirlpool Sateen. It has the look of stainless steel, but magnets will stick to it. There is no functional difference.
Q:When was steel first used in buildings?
steel was first used in the 1800s in buildings.
Q:So i got caught steeling?
Steeling? What's that? Did you take a piece of steel and weld it? I am confused?
Q:Key differences between the term structural steel fabrication & steel fabrication?
Steel fabrication can include any kind of manufacture of steel. Structural steel is a narrow subset which would include, for example, I-beams and would not usually include stainless steel, sheet steel, rolled steel, etc.
