Cutting Process of AAC Cutting Machine
Cutting process of AAC block cutting machine mainly includes raw material preparation, measuring and pouring, pre-ageing and cutting, grouping and autoclaving, separating and packing.

1. Mould Setting

2. Demolding of AAC Block Cutting Machine

4. Transverse Cutting of AAC Cutting Machine
The concrete body is sent to the central position of the AAC block cutting machine and stops. The transverse cutting rack descents vertically form the top to the bottom, and then does transverse cutting. 5. Sent the Cut Concrete Body to Vacuum Suction Hood
