1. AAC cutting machine is a new generation of aerated concrete omni-directional cutting equipment. It can achieve cutting concrete body in one step. Six surfaces of concrete body will be cut. AAC block cutting machine cuts the two side faces first and then does longitudinal cutting, at last carries out transverse cutting. This cutting method greatly improves the cutting precision and improves the quality of finished products.
2. AAC cutting machine is equipped with variable frequency control device that can adjust cutting speed well and make the machine run more smoothly.
3. AAC block cutting machine also features short cutting time. The small car sends concrete body and side plate to be under the machine for cutting. During longitudinal cutting, we have finished slotting. There is no need to do this process separately, shortening the cutting time.
4. In the process of transverse cutting, we adopt horizontal steel wire cutting. This cutting method reduces the length of steel wire, makes the wire not easy to break and drift, and improves the cutting accuracy of AAC cutting machine.

Cutting Process of AAC Cutting Machine
Cutting process of AAC block cutting machine mainly includes raw material preparation, measuring and pouring, pre-ageing and cutting, grouping and autoclaving, separating and packing.
Details are as follows:
1. Mould Setting
The turnover traveling crane lifts the pre-cured concrete body and mould to the station of AAC cutting machine. Tilting block hoister turns over the mould 90°and puts it on the support of cutting trolley.
2. Demolding of AAC Block Cutting Machine
The turnover hoister manipulator can automatically do demolding. It makes the concrete body and side plate stand sideways to the first cutting trolley. After demolding, the concrete body can do precisional cutting step-by-step on the AAC cutting machine.
3. Longitudinal Cutting of AAC Block Cutting Machine
First, the first cutting trolley takes the concrete body to the longitudinal cutting device for longitudinal cutting. During longitudinal cutting, the side faces of concrete body can be cut by cutting blade and cutting steel wire.
4. Transverse Cutting of AAC Cutting Machine
The concrete body is sent to the central position of the AAC block cutting machine and stops. The transverse cutting rack descents vertically form the top to the bottom, and then does transverse cutting. During the cutting process, the cutting steel wire does serrate swinging to finish serrate horizontal cutting.
5. Sent the Cut Concrete Body to Vacuum Suction Hood
After transverse cutting, we start the trolley replacement device. The trolley under the AAC cutting machine (AAC block cutting machine) replaces the cylinder and raises the cut concrete body and side plate. The bottom first trolley returns to the original position to take new concrete body to be cut. The second trolley replaces the position of the first trolley and sends the concrete body and side plate to the vacuum suction hood position. The draught fan stops and shakes off the suctioned waste into the waste recycling tank.
