Make sure that you plug the new keyboard and mouse into the correct ps2 ports on the back of the pc. Reboot and then they should work. Failing that then go to startcontrol panelsystemhardwaredevice manager then click on the + next to the mouse and keyboard then click uninstall. Then reboot either by rebooting normally or by holding the reboot button in on the pc
