6-SShaking Table is one of the main equipments of gravity concentration. It is not only widely applied on separating tungsten, the tin, the tantalum niobium and other rare metals and the noble metal ore. 

The Shaking Table is also widely used in separation for Gold, Silver, Tin, Columbium, Tantalum, Titanium, Barium, Tungsten, Iron, Chrome, Manganese, Zircon, Lead, Zinc, Mercury, Copper, Aluminum, etc. The shaker effective recycling granularity scope is 2-0.22 millimeters. 

The following drawing shows the structure of the Shaking Table: 

1. Deck

The decks of  Shaking Table are constructed of steel framework and covered 16mm fiberglass with corundum, this cover its strength reaches as high as 70% of steel, the features of this design are stronger, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and no distortion, it lengthens the working-life of machine and thus allows machine perform perfectly on different mineral and different weather condition.

2. Head Motion

6-S Shaking Table are furnished with a totally enclosed self-oiling head motion of heavy cast iron to contain an oil reservoir for perfect splash lubrication. This feature protects the moving parts, reducing operating and maintenance costs to a minimum. 

3. Support device

We mainly have three supporting device types for the Shaking Table:

• #28 channel steel type support 

• #10 channel steel type support 
  

• #8 channel steel type support 
  

 You could also build the cement support foundation if you do not need to move the Shaking Table.

Below are the main specifications of the Shaking Table

•  LCL: If the Shaking Table is shipped by bulk, it is always packed in steel frame.

When the quantity is one set, the Shaking Table is installed up and packed in steel frame inside and plywood outside.

When the quantity is more than 1 set, the Shaking Tables are not installed up and packed in steel frames separately.

•  FCL: If the Shaking Table is shipped in container, it will be loaded in the container as belows without installation.

The purpose why do not install up them is to save the volume. The volume of one set of installed up LS4500 Shaking Table is about 10 cubic meters.
