Characteristics of Polycrystalline Solar Panel

I Solar Cell : High efficiency crystalline solar cell. Even if under the weak light, the solar module can produce maximum power output.

II Tempered glass (toughened glass): Anti-reflecting coating and high transmission rate glass increase the power output and mechanical strength of solar module.

III EVA and TPT: Using high quality EVA and TPT to prevent destroying and water.

IV  AI frame: Without screw, corner connection. 6 holes on the frame can be installed easily.

V Junction box: Multi function junction box with water proof.

VI Long lifetime: ≥25 years; Less power decrease.

VII Good performance of preventing from atrocious weather such as wind and hails.

VIII Resisting moisture and etching effectively, not effected by geology. .

Standard Test Conditions of Polycrystalline Solar Panel

The opto-electrical specifications shown below are stabilized values being measured at Standard Test Conditions of multicrystalline silicon Solar Panel, Irradiance: 1000W/m2, Spectrum: AM1.5 at 25°C, The info below is subject to manufacturing tolerances. Where appropriate minutes of measurement are available and are used for the dimensioning of the installation.

Currently,We have 250w-300w solar panel stocks in Both West and East Coasts made in Vietnam,India,Korea,Malaysia and Japan.Meanwhile,we also arrange production line in Wisconsin,USA.If you're interested, please contact us soon.

Thanks for your time.

Q:I'm curious, for those who have had solar panels installed on the rooves of their houses:How much did you pay? How much energy do the panels produce? Did it dramatically cut down on your electricity bill? Was it worth it? Thanks!
Is an SUV worth it? I have passed many of them off in the ditch while my 2wd truck keeps going on icy roads. Unless you own a company and need the SUV it will never pay for itself. Is a huge house worth it? I can live in a 8X6 foot house perfectly well. Unless you rent rooms out in the large house it will never pay for itself. Solar panels are statements to others like a house or vehicle, except they will actually pay for themselves over many years. Don't expect to get rich off them, but look at it as doing your part to cut down on pollution, become more self sufficient or whatever. The exception is if you build a house far from the grid. A friend was quoted $40,000 per mile to install grid tied power to her house out in the woods. Solar panels paid for themselves the first year there.
Q:I am doing research for a project. Please reply soon! :)
Photolvoltaic arry is the more technical name and the more accurate name for solar panels. Photo indicates light and voltaic indicates a voltage is produced.. Array is just a layout of these little light sensitive electricity generating panels. Actually Solar only idicates the SUN and not light in itself..
Q:They have been around long enough to be cheaper. Unless they are made out of a natural material that is rare and hard to find, there is no reason why they should be so expensive. On another note, I think that all low power devices like cell phones and even laptops should have solar panels. Even if it is not enough to fully power the device for a long period of time, it will provide some electricity savings and with millions of people saving a little power adds up.
Photo okorder /... Notice it costs over $200 and it takes up a sizable amount of space. Plus you have to expose it to bright sun light. Over all this is not something the average consumer wants to spend money on or fuss with. If something is expensive, difficult or inconvenient to use then people won't use it. Just the basic economics of such a device limits its sales never mind its functionality and usability. Even if you made a small one buit into the cover to extend the battery you won't get much of an extension and you will increase the cost of your laptop. Consider how people shop, will they buy the more expensive laptop for a questionable amount of battery extension? Mass production can lower costs but in order to mass produce something you need a demand that will consume what you produce. But if no one wants the item because of the aforementioned issues than you can't justify mass producing the item. This is like the classic which came first Chicken or Egg problem, one doesn't happen without the other. Cost reduction doesn't happen without consumer demand. This is where tax incentives, subsidies, low cost loans and energy buyback contracts come into play in order to spur on demand and jump start mass production. You could also make electricity extremely expensive by taxing oil and carbon so that a Solar Cell becomes economically competitive to very expensive electricity. Problem with this option is the negative impact high energy costs have on economic activity. Just look at what happened a couple of summers ago when gas hit $4/gal. To spur on demand we need to incentives the use of Solar cells (and other alternative energy). This can be done through several means such as subsidies, tax incentives, low interest loans, energy buyback contracts etc...
Q:How do solar panels affect the overall energy consumption of a building?
Solar panels can significantly reduce the overall energy consumption of a building by generating clean and renewable electricity. By harnessing the sun's energy, solar panels provide a source of power that displaces the need for fossil fuel-based electricity from the grid. This not only helps to lower energy bills but also reduces the building's carbon footprint, making it more sustainable and environmentally friendly.
Q:Do solar panels produce noise?
No, solar panels do not produce noise as they generate electricity without any moving parts.
Q:Can solar panels be used in areas with high levels of vandalism?
Solar panels can be used in areas with high levels of vandalism, but additional precautions may need to be taken to protect them from potential damage.
Q:Hi I need to replace the solar panel on my calculator and was wondering where I could buy one. Thanks in advance for your answers.
My suggestion is to first make sure that your calculator does not also use a tiny button cell. It could just be that the battery went dead. Also know that it's probably less trouble to just get a whole new calculator. If you have the skills to replace the solar cell, I'd suggest first disconnecting it, and wiring a .5 volt battery in its place. If that doesn't work either, maybe the problem is not the solar cell at all, but just its connection, or even a dirty ON button. As for where to get a replacement solar cell, if it were me, I'd go to a dollar store, and see if they have a cheap solar calculator that I could harvest one from.
Q:hi guys, i need help, okay lets say i decide to put solar panels near a place where its inhabitated by people, what kinda of environmental factors should i consider? Will the solar panels cause any damage to the enviromnent around it? Will it affect the plant and animals around it? should i consider the weather? its for my class so if u guys can help thankx.
You would need to consider how much sun your area gets on average. You would need to do a cost/benefit analysis to decide if you will be saving money eventually. Environmentally, it would not affect the plants or animals around it, except those it might block the sun from. Meaning, the grass growing in the shade of the panels will probably die out, but that goes for anything that would cast shade for the majority of the time. Solar panels are simply rechargers for the batteries it's hooked up to. No different than a cell phone charger affects the area, people or plants around it. If it is a worry, make some orgonite and place it around the panels. :)
Q:What are the different types of solar panels?
There are three main types of solar panels: monocrystalline, polycrystalline, and thin-film. Monocrystalline panels are made from a single crystal structure, offering high efficiency but also higher costs. Polycrystalline panels are made from multiple crystal structures, slightly less efficient but more cost-effective. Thin-film panels use a layer of semiconductor material, providing the lowest efficiency but the ability to be flexible and lightweight.
Q:I've seen a couple homes around my town that have solar power and I live in the Desert, where the sun is shinning and it gets really hot during the summer. We run our air conditioner a lot making our electricity bill high.So I just wanted to know if anyone has or knows anyone that has solar panels? are they worth getting and is it the same as having electricity?
Our neighbor has solar paneling, and he absolutely LOVES it! It is pretty much the same as having electricity, just better for the environment, and your electricity bill goes down to only about $7 a month!
