Q:There is not a lot of information online that is from actual users of BystrictinHas anyone used Bystrictin and does it work wonders like they advertise?
My sister and brother-in-law both lost a lot of weight with Bystrictin and they swear by itMy mom just started it and she said she really feels full and eating much lessDrOz had a show about this technique of special fibers that expand in your stomach and make you eat lessThe point is to reduce your calorie intakeSo Bystrictin should fill you up so you don’t eat excess caloriesI can't take because I'm lactose intolerant and the company told me the product does contain lactoseI'm hoping they come out with a lactose-free versionBut you can probably find some of these fibers on your ownThey are called water soluble fibers that you can purchase online or at health food stores or maybe Whole FoodsBetter to buy the ingredients in a powder and mix in liquid than taking capsules so they expand more in stomachBut not sure about the taste and costDrOz had a show where he made a glucomannan (sp?) shake, which is one of the ingredients in BystrictinIf you make your own version, you can also add protein to make it more nutritious and help with your metabolism and lots of flavoring and calorie-free sweeteners so it doesn’t taste nastyBut Bystrictin also seems like a pretty healthy drink with lots of protein and vitamins and I’ve heard tastes pretty goodHope this helps.
Q:the motherboard temp is always 46 c (115 f)the cpu doesn't go under 50c(126 f) and is usually 52c (126)while i am doing nothing the hardrive is always 48 c (118 f)so i would like to know if my pc is over haeting or i am just paranoid
A really simple and elegant idea would be to just grill your salmon steaks and at the same time grill some fresh asparagus (just clean trim it as usual, if you want you could toss it in the tiniest bit of olive oil and a sprinkle of SP, then throw it on the grill just being careful that the spears go in the opposite direction of the grill!) Then serve it with some steamed wild rice, and either Hollandaise sauce, or even easier (and lighter!) a drizzle of lemon butterFor lemon butter: Heat a couple tablespoons of lemon juice until hot, not boilingUse a small whisk or fork to mix in small cubes of cold butter one at a time until sauce reaches a slightly thickened consistency(usually about 1 1/2 - 2 times as much butter as lemon juice) Keep warm until ready to serve by sitting bowl of sauce inside a bowl of warm waterIf you have an extra couple minutes, a great starter would be an orange onion saladJust peel slice some fresh oranges (add a grapefruit in the mix if you like), sliver half an onion or a red onion, mix together with a splash of balsamic vinegar and a drizzle of olive oilServe just like that, or arrange on a bed of romaine lettuceTo dress it up, sprinkle on some toasted almond slivers, snipped chives, a few grilled shrimp - this is easy to take from super easy to super fancyBon Appetit!
Q:I have a quarter horse and a thoroughbred and I'm not sure when I should start putting on their sheets and blanketsThey both have medium coats and I keep them both inside at nightIts been around 60 degrees in the day and 40 degrees in the nightWhat temperature should I put on their sheets and what temperature should I put on their heavy winter coats? Thanks!
From SmartPak's website: Approximate Temperature Guide 45° F – Not clipped: no blanket; Clipped: light weight blanket 35° F – Not clipped: light weight blanket; Clipped: medium weight blanket 25° F – Not clipped: medium weight blanket; Clipped: heavy weight blanket 15° F – Not clipped: heavy weight blanket + hood; Clipped: heavy weight blanket, liner + hood Below 10°F, Heavy weight blanket, liner + hood for all; add polar fleece for clipped EDIT: I'm not giving my opinion on blanketing or not blanketing horses; your decision is yours aloneSo I'm not advocating for blanketing, and I'm also not saying DON'T blanketThere's a time and place for everything, and hey - your horses may need it:)
Q:my little sisters are 2 and 4 i watch them during the summer day when they cant go to daycare are their do your know any good crafts for them i have searched all over and fond nothing (no printable are heated things) (link if you can)
the windows won't even crack open? if they will, put the fan in front of the window at night to cool it off does the rest of the trailer have ac? is so use the fans to blow the ac into your room put a bucket of ice in front of the fan i heard they used to do that in the 40's before ac was invented.
Q:everytime i straighten it with a ceramic straightner, it doesnt straighteni even try puttin on heat protectants or something to keep my hair from going curly! nothing works! when i get my hair relaxed at a salon, they say as soon as i get my hair wet, itll be curly/wavy again! all i can use is softeeits kinda like grease or wutever, and it makes me look like my hairs wet ALL the timei dont wanna look quot;thatquot; way everyday! also, can u tell me any products that will help me keep my hair down and striaght?
You may die ur blanket through a washing machine dyer or in the open air space where sunlight are available.
Q:I heard that fiber makes you less hungry and i was wondering which foods have the most amount of fiber in them.
Lots of grains, u know spaghetti, oatmeal, bran flakes, shredded wheat Also raspberries, pears, apples, avocados, beans, artichokes, peasThey all have the most, but almost any fruit or vegetable has some fiber in itI tell ya i could eat a bowl of frosted mini wheats and be full for a week.
Q:has anyone used or considered wool or hemp instead of the awful glass fibre wool rolls for loft insulation? Is it OK or just too expensive to be an option?
You need to keep in mind R valueRoughly speaking, this is a measure of how good insulation is at insulatingThe higher the R number, the better the insulationYes, fiberglass is itchy stuff to work with, but it is excellent insulation for the moneyYou can but it in rolls (bats), or have it blown inBefore WW2, newspaper slugs were commonly used as insulation(My own house, built in 1939 had it, until I replaced it.) You may be able to find it somewhere yet (I've never tried, so not sure where)I've never heard of anybody using wool or hemp as insulationI wouldn't imagine it would be very goodIn any event, depending upon where you live, it may cause you astronomical heat bills by using itRemember - wet wool is worthlessIf you REALLY want top of the line insulation, consider foam insulation, installed by a professionalVery expensive, but very, very high R valueIf I could have my whole house insulated in it - I would love it! Good luck!
Q:So I'm knitting a scarf and its doubled up meaning I'm knitting with 2 yarns at once instead of oneAnd when I want to change colours, it's difficult and confusing but afterward I have a bunch of ends on the sidesI want to learn how to sew those ends in without it coming out when it gets tossed around, washed maybe, and all that jazz : D thank you very much for anyone that answers.
Basically you just use a tapestry needle to weave the ends in wherever you think they'll be least noticeableI usually try to overlap where I weave the ends, so the yarn doubles back on itself, for extra security when washing and wearing, but that does make a bit of a thick spotYou can't see it, and really won't feel it unless you're looking for it usuallyYou can easily google videos which will give you more details, but really it's just something you have to jump in and do however you think is bestIf you're knitting with a chunky yarn, you really don't need to worry about it so long as you keep each color by itself, rather than weaving one color into anotherChunky yarn and patterns are extremely forgiving.
Q:I have switched to high fiber for adult male health but have been having loose, wet stoolsHow can you make the human plog (or quot;dumpquot;) stronger, more solid while still eating wheat germ, oats, barley, flax, millet, farm grains and wet mulch? Thx
Well, i heard that mayonase works really goodbut i'm sure that eggs would too, but i would use the mayo because it's thickerjust get your hair wet, towel dry so it's damp, and put some mayo on itleave it on as long as you think you need toit's not like it's going to make it fall outor at least i hope not, cuz people eat the stuff! lol
