My finace & I always spec Pegasus on projects with a budget & see them in model homes all the time. It's not top of the line, but it's pretty darn good for the money. In fact, a cabinet maker can make you a custom solid wood cabinet & you can add the Pegasus granite top for WAY under what you quoted. For a basement bath, how good do you need? Don't get nuts cause you'll never recoup your money from what you over-invested.
