- you should get the same speaker the marshall speakers are good it is very easy to replace all you have to do is take the screws out of the front or back of the amp however it is set up unplug the positive and negative wire from the back of the speaker and put the new one in the same way you took the old one out it is only too wires red and black

- Its not as simple as running speaker wires Most 4 channels are rated at 2 ohms and depending on what impedance your speakers are and how many you plan to power, you might have to wire them in series, series/parallel, or parallel. Speaker impedance usually come in 8 or 4 ohms.

- Well, you first have to identify the output/input receptacles as to what they are used for. You'd be better off looking at your User's manual or Quick connect diagram and they should tell you how to connect your speakers to the computer. If you try to connect two sets of speakers to your computer, you can cause excessive loads to the circuit and cause damage to the sound chip unless it's design for it. You can't have your cake and eat it too. Why would you want to connect two sets of speakers in the first place? Are we only talking about Left and Right channel speakers only?

- Q:I just bought a headset for my computer. The name brand is Gigaware. They are the kind you can talk on through via computer. My dilemma is, it seems that if I have the headset on, my speakers dont work. Or so it seems, I cant have both on at the same time. But if I play music, I can hear it through the headset but not my speakers. If this helps, the speakers have a USB connection and I have XP operating system. - Speakers are designed such that if you have headphones plugged into the headphone jack on the speakers, it disables the speaker output. The reasoning is that if you have headphones on, you don't want the audio to be played out loud. You could probably use a headphone splitter (available in the electronics department of nearly any store) to split the computer's speaker audio output to send the signal to both the speakers and the headphones.
- Q:I want to add some new speakers to my car, and I don't know the name of them, but all I know is that they're by Boston Acoustics, and they have midbass and tweeters. I was wondering if I could add those along with my stock speakers? Or should I replace the stock speakers with them? - Well it would sound better. Lots of people just upgrade one pair and leave the other stock. I wouldnt recommend it though. Just replace all of your stock interior speakers with new, upgraded ones. PS when I first got my current car, I slapped some JL coaxials in the back--- it sounded a lot better, but MUCH quieter/less loud. The stock speakers were small, crappy, and pretty efficient. I amped the back speakers, and now they scream. Just something to think about.
