Ceramic Fibre Blanket Discription

Ceramic fiber product is made from high quality Gao-ling clay, high purity alumina and silica oxides by spun or blown process. It is asbestos free. No chemical binder is added. Double-side needling provides blanket with great tensile or handing strength for easy installation.

There are four kinds of ceramic fiber products according to the temperature and chemical content. They are STD(1260℃),HP(1260℃),HA(1350℃, high alumina),HZ(1430℃,contain ZrO2).

1) For the blanket, the bulk density will be 64kg/m3, 96 kg/m3, 128 kg/m3, 160 kg/m3.

2) For the paper, the bulk density will be 160-220 kg/m3.

3) For the board, the bulk density will be 240-400kg/m3.

Ceramic fiber blanket, board, cloth and textiles are made from high quality clay, high purity alumina and silica oxides by spun or blown process.

Ceramic fibre blanket, board and cloth have a range of products:ordinary type, standard form,high-purity type, high-alumina type and containing zirconium type.Different types of products used  different materials. performance of ceramic fibre insulation blanket also has difference, and they are suitable for different workong temperatures.

Ceramic fibre blanket, board and cloth can be used after optional cutting .When ceramic fibre insulation blanket storage should be paid attention to moistureproof. The high-alumina type and containing zirconium type products can be directly used as furnace lining .And using high-temperature refractory adhesive when stick.

Q:I've seen some patterns for shower scrubbies and soap savers(Crochet - but that doesn't really matter for this question.) Most of them call for cotton yarn, but I was thinking that the scrubby I use now is synthetic - why wouldn't I use acrylic yarn to make my own? So what are the pros and cons to using each type for shower accessories? And for dishcloths, too, since they also see a lot of water.
As the other user said, synthetics are usually too softTry using Sugar'n'Cream yarnIt's fairly inexpensive, available at most craft stores, and comes in tons of colorsBetter yet,if you can find bamboo yarn, use thatBamboo has a natural antibacterial quality, and the fibers retain that quality when spun into yarnThis makes it perfect for kitchen and bath itemsCrazy, right? Plus, it's super soft and SUPER durable.
Q:Any similar straighteners to the Chi but just not as much $$$
Those little wipes thingies have foil around it, and my friend got searched because he rang the metal detector twiceDidn't know what had set it off, at firstSo, I don't even botherI would just put it in your carry-on bagHonestly, whatever it is, if the contents are not the issue, they won't make it an issueIf you think it's strange, people have brought stranger things I am sure, so don't worry about it.
Q:I am looking to remove old attic insulation, but i have been getting mixed answeredI am looking to put insulation in my attic between the rafters with an R-30 valueIs that enough or to much R value? Plus do i need un-faced or faced insulation? I live in Western New York in a 900 sq ft single story house, and my attic is just like a crawl spaceAny help or information would help me this winter, thank you.
you could die from lack of air
Q:OK, WE ALL KNOW THAT A HIGH-FIBER DIET IS GOODIT MAKES STOOL BIGGERIT SPEEDS UP TRANSIT TIME OF UNDIGESTED FOODAND BLOCKS SOME CARBS AND FATSMY QUESTION IS.SINCE WHEN YOU ARE ON A HIGH-FIBER DIET, YOU WILL BE CRAPPING LIKE EVERYDAY OR TWICE A DAY OR MORE, MEANING TRANSIT TIME OF FOOD IN THE DIGESTIVE SYSTEM IS FAST.SO, IF THE TRANSIT TIME OF FOOD IS FAST, DOES THE BODY GET ENOUGH NUTRIENTS FROM THE FOOD YOU ATE? AND SINCE YOU WILL CRAP ALOT DOES IT MEAN YOU WILL ALSO LOSE SOME ELECTROLYTES ETCFROM CRAPPING ALOT.THANK YOU
Yes you will go daily and you should drink at least eight glasses of water per day for healthy bowelsNo you will not lose electrolytes
Q:What are some pescetarian paleo foods that are really high in fiber? Also by starting the paleo I'm not missing any nutrients am I? How can I make sure I'm not?
almonds, asparagus, broccoli, fruits and veggies in general, flaxseed The Paleo diet is naturally high in fibre because if it’s abundance of fruits and vegetablesIn fact it is 3 – 5 times higher than a typical American dietCommon digestive problems typically disappear on the Paleo diet including: Constipation, Heartburn, indigestion, Irritable bowel syndrome, and gallbladder problemsFibre from fruits and vegetables is especially good as it provides food (pre-biotics) for our gut bacteria (pro-biotics)
Q:i want to customize a few soft ferrites into a few shapes and probably even join them together.i've decided there are 2 plausible ways to do this.1) arc weld it (ok, probably spot welding)or2) encase it in refractory clay but leave the spots to be joint, then put powdered ferrite on itthen fire them until the powdered ferrite melts and joints (reforms them together)then i break it open and i have a single piece.-with this option, i need to know the glass transition state of ferrites (i believe what i have is the FeO,Mn,Zn one) and if it will survive it.
Ferrite magnets are ceramic materialsthey're typically made by press-and-sinter operations The magnetic powder is mixed with a certain amount of a binderThe powder is blown into a tool steel mold, and compacted using a hydraulic die with hundreds of TONS of forceThen they're sintered in an oven, and while still red hot, placed inside a powerful electromagnet and allowed to coolCooling in the presence of a strong magnetic field is what causes them to be permanently magnetizedWelding wont work because 1) they don't conduct electricity2) They're too brittle to withstand the localized thermal shock even if the former weren't true3) Heating a permanent magnet will cause it to rapidly lose all it's magnetizationYou can test this by putting a magnet on the hot plate on your stoveThere are companies out there that specialize in custom shaped magnets, but this would probably cost you several hundred dollars at least.
Q:Whats better the Remington T Studio 1 Teflon Fiber Slim Flat Iron ($49.99) or the Conair Ceramic Straightener Wet Dry ($29.99)????Post your opinions -Thank You
neither are great but the first one is better for you hair if you use a thermal product before you use itThe second is just terrible and you should never use it if your hair is wet or damp because it fries your hair even more.
Q:it seems like the first makers of yarn would have to already know how to card the fibers and spin them in order to make the yarnbut this seems impossible that they would already knowhow would it work? how did the first yarns get created?
If you can't contact your landlord or you don't know his number, try to contact the cityThat will get his attention big time.
