- Q:i'd like to heat press som letters onto the back of my under armour. is this possible? if yea, are there any special precations to take take? will any store that heatpresses letters do it? thanks for the help
- Under Armour, Dri-Fit and other performance fabrics can be heat pressed, but they are not the same as a nylon or polyester jersey, and that is important to know when you put lettering on. Because Under Armour is made to stretch, you want lettering that can stretch with your shirt without peeling off, cracking or wrinkling. If you take your shirt to a shop for heat pressing, you'll want them to promise you that the material they're using is made for performance fabrics. Ask them if they have a sample you can touch and stretch for yourself. One heat-press material made for performance fabric is STAHLS' SuperFILM. Right now, it comes on a roll, not pre-cut lettering. But, if the shop has a vinyl cutter, they should be able to cut SuperFILM and do your name or design easily. Good luck!
- Q:When i put on concealer can i cover with pressed powder instead of loose?
- i've never tried it but i think loose is better. i don't think it matters if you put the pressed powder on with a brush though.
- Q:i pressed my mac pigments and let them dry over night, now do i actually have to take a quarter and press each one? whats the point of that? im scared to touch them i dont know if theyre dry yet or not

- Let x denote the older press's publishing rate (in editions/hr). Then the newer press's publishing rate is 2x (ed/hr). If the two presses work together for 3 hours, they produce 1 edition. 3(x + 2x) = 1 9x = 1 x = 1/9 So the older press does 1/9 of an edition per hour when working by itself, and the newer press does 2/9 of an edition in an hour. So the older press would take 9 hr to do 9/9 of an edition, and the newer press would take half that time, of 4.5 hr.
- Q:Every time I press out my hair it looks like feathery sh**. I do everything my mom tells me: use leave-in conditioner, divide the hair into 4 sections, press small amounts of hair at a time, curl the ends, take my time and not rush through, but it always come out looking like sh**. - Q:I have a friend who has big shoulders and the only exercise he does for his shoulders is the military shoulder press---the two versions of it, the behind neck one and the front one.I wonder if only doing shoulder presses covers the entire area of your shoulders, the three deltoids?Thanks.
- Military press is a great exercise for front delts. Behind the neck press puts the shoulders in a bad position and can cause joint trouble over time, avoid them. Side laterals are best move for side delts. Most pulling moves - bent rows, pull/chinups. lat machine, etc - work rear delts.

- no it isn't at all necessary unless you have oily skin then pressed powder would be advisable, but if its not foundation is enough if u want a more flawless finish give translucent powder a try only a small amount is needed
- Q:Yesterday my son's preschool teacher decided to break her contract and quit in the middle of the day. Not only that, but she just walked out and left 15 four year olds alone in the room. Thank goodness another teacher saw her leave and took over until the administrators were informed. The school is considering pressing charges. If they don't, can I? It seems to me that leaving a bunch of small children alone in a room is child endangerment or neglect or something. Needless to say, Im mad, and so is everyone at the school. I think they're going to press charges. But if they don't, I want to know my options.
