The High-purity Graphitized Petroleum Coke is made from high quality petroleum coke under a temperature of 2800°C. As a high-purity carbon material, it has characteristics of high fixed carbon content, low sulfur, low ash, low porosity, high absorptive character , no residue will be left and save production cost etc.
This product can be used as carbon raiser (Recarburizer) to produce high quality steel, special steel, cast iron and alloy or other related industry. We can get high quality steel if use it. It can also be used in plastic and rubber as an additive. GPC is very popular in the filed.

Features

The graphitized petroleum coke powder (grain) is made by graphitization heat treatment of high-quality low-ash petroleum coke at high temperature of 2800 ° C or above in vacuum. The product is featured by high carbon content, low hardness, high temperature resistance, large porosity and low heat conductivity coefficient. Compared with the traditional natural graphite and calcined coke, it can obviously improve caking property and stabilize friction coefficient, maintains the stable and comfortable braking process, and reduce the damage to mating plate surface, brake noise, wear and cost, and is an ideal material for the friction material plant.
