ebay tires are cheap, is there a chance that they might be counterfeits made with inferior materials?its just that tires are very important and can‘t have them fall apart

All you need to do is get the seller to provide you with the DOT number from the side of the tire. the last 4 digits will be something like 0906 which would indicate that the tire was manufactured in september of 2006. as long as those dot numbers do not indicate that the tire was manufactured more than 6 years ago you are fine. the tires are still good. Also, there arent many people that would melt down rubber, to make tires to try and sell them on the internet, I hate to tell you but the price of rubber, gas and other materials to make a tire is far too expensive for someone to be selling tires way cheaper than sears, goodyear, or other tire retailers. people sell on OKorder because of a few reasons 1) they dont need the tires 2) they have more than one set to sell (they buy them in lots and get a better deal on them) I would highly doubt they are selling rip off tires. so stick to what I told ya, check for the DOT number, because all MAJOR manufacturers use the dot number. so if the tires dont have a dot number obviously you'd know they are not real tires.

I came across some tire‘s today and the size on the tire reads 220/55/390 what kind of tire size is this and what type of vehicle do they go on?

Seems like a fat tyre to fit a 15inch rim. Will go on almost any 15 inch rim for most cars depending on clearance between the insides of the wheel arches.

I bought some winter tires from someone on rims and feel i paid a good price. But i can not find any information on these tires. Can anyone tell me about the brand TRAIL MARK?They say M+S (i think meaning mud and snow - which is why i was searching) and a lack of results on anything called trail mark prompted me to come here for answers. Does anyone know about TRAIL MARK, does the M+S Mean snow tire? They are p235 75 16I took some pics of them and some details on the side-wall. So let me know if im missing any info. Any help on this would be appreciated, such as quality, or price, or details or where i can find details on them. Thanks.

M+S means that the tire can be used on mud and snow. It does not mean snow tire. Snow tire means a tire meant to be used only in the winter and primarily in snow. They are better in snow than other M+S tires. Snow tires are not used in the summer because they wear out quickly in hot weather. Some M+S are snow tires. Most M+S tires are ordinary all season tires that can be used in the summer, but are not as good in snow as snow tires are.
