FAQ

I have a project for my marketing class, we're making media kits and we're supposed to do creative things to house the kits.I chose a dinosaur eggI have the recipe for paper mache, and I was going to blow up a balloon and mache it.However, I need to be able to open and close it easily and repeatedly (so people can open it to take the components of the kits outKind of like a jewelry box or a treasure chestI thought I would (after it's hardened) cut a slit into it (width wise) but leave about an inch or two inches so I could open and close it like a trunk or treasure chest.Would the paper mache withstand the repeated open and close?Or should I use a different method to open and close it?Or should I create the egg an entirely different way?I enjoy crafts, but I'm not a skilled artist lol so paper mache was something I was familiar with and easy to do (all be it messy)I had someone suggest to carve it out of soap stone, but that's not feasibleAny other helpful suggestions or ideas?

I'm making a chocolate cake, and I don't have wax paperCan I put aluminum foil on the pan instead?
I would start with aluminum since aluminum can be recycled an unlimited number of times and you can make quite a bit of money off itWith the money I made from the cans I'd start up the newspaper recycling program.
Simple science questionI'm stuck on homeworkThanks for the help!

Why does this recipe for homemade ice cream require aluminum foil?
I like all steaks but personally I think you can't beat a good top sirloinI don't like much fat at all on my steaks if anyMost sirloins are 95-99% meat with maybe a tiny bit of fatI season it with salt and pepper or a good steak seasoning like McCormick's Grill Mates Montreal Steak and I also tenderize it with a tenderizing hammer and grill it over charcoal around medium-rare to mediumPeople that have eaten my steaks say it reminds them more of a hamburger because they will fall apart in your mouthThis in my opinion is the best for the money because they're not as expensive as other cuts like ribeye, t-bone, porterhouse or filet mignonI would try to find them at a local meat market or even better, right from a farmer that knows what exactly has been fed to his cattleNot only would this be the tastiest way to go, it would be the healthiest knowing the beef has been raised to grow on it's own, not injected with hormonesGood luck
