MSC 61(67) Annex 1 Part 2.The characteristics of LERPOL RS10 FRN resin, make it suitable for the manufacture of products which must exhibit good mechanical properties and very good fire behaviour. As a reinforcement, we recommend the use of high filament diameter CS MAT (like MAT M123 OCV Reinforcements) and, for the expulsion of air from the laminate, we suggest the use of bubble-breaking rollers, type SPIRAL BRISTLE, produced by KANSAI MUSASHI. For the resin polimerization the addition of MEK-Peroxide in the amount of not over 1% is recommended; we also suggest the use of an amino primer (DEAA) in the amount of 0.1 ÷0.5 %according to the desired pot-life.
